I bought this because it had good reviews and I figured why not. It did have good words in it, and it puts your mind in a different perspective. I think it's good overall advice, not just for relationships. It did help me point out some things that went wrong in previous relationships, and i'm sure it has helped me from making sure I don't make my mistakes again. I would recommend this to anyone who could use some good "self help" advice that applies to all aspects of your life.

My girlfriend read this book and then she had me read parts of it with her. The discussions we had have already deepened our relationship. The "fight club" advice as well as the Kama Sutra references were liberating giving us permission to be ourselves. The brain research data was fascinating and I learned about Hebb. Highly reccommended.

I am so greatful for reading "Sealing the Deal". I read it twice already and I am going to read it again!! The book is really great in helping to understand Men, especially when men are dating us women or are in a committed relationship.

I especially like the part of the book, where Dr. Diana Kirschner explains different fears Men have about being in a relationship and how to overcome those fears from a woman's point of view. Personally, the book encourages me in my current relationship, I feel more confident communicating with my man after reading the book and applying its suggestions.
